Come and join us for our online PPD Learning NLP Practice Group where we get together once a month and practice our NLP skills.

You can come exactly as you are. The practice group workshops are designed for every level of NLP experience, from curious beginners to master trainers and everyone in between.

There’s learning and experience in every demo and exercise! The meetings will be interactive, with time for Q&A, and a chance to meet up with fellow NLP-ers and coach each other through the exercises.

Topics

3rd March - The ‘Logical Levels’ model for alignment, diagnosis, coaching, and multi-level transformation.

7th April -  Holding Difficult Feelings -  dealing with  triggering situations and thoughts effectively, with choice and  a sense of possibility.

Using the COACH state to stay present and responsive is an art and a skill and not a one-off ’trick’ or technique. Using Virginia Satir’s approach to the idea of 1st and 2nd feelings we will explore the potential of bringing a more grounded and aware way of remaining  resilient and whole in a difficult situation.

5th May - NLP Basics in Conflict Resolution.  Use key NLP tools to find your way to peaceful and fair solutions.

Using tools relevant to setting clear goals, being open to different perspectives and values, and having rapport skills and basic good communication are all essential components of working your way through a conflict issue. In this practice group we will explore this combination of tools.

16th June  - The 5 Core questions from Generative Citizen which help to transform ourselves and our world.

Many of the tools and skillsets in Generative Citizen are based in NLP - Robert Dilts is the co-creator of the Generative Change field with Stephen Gilligan. In this session we will move through the 5 Practices of Generative Citizen to bring clarity, energy and focus to a personal issue.
