Robert Dilts talks to the PPD Masters Group about Modelling

In this unique video Robert Dilts talks to the Masters Group in this Question and Answer session about what he see's as being key to what Modelling is. Robert is one of the most prolific modellers in NLP, and has spent  his career modelling Leadership and Excellence in a variety of fields. He also famously modelled Walt Disney, Einstein, Freud, Aristotle, Sherlock Holmes, Tesla and Leondardo Da Vinci in his Strategies of Genius book series. He has seen his work and his models become mainstream accepted theory in areas as diverse as health and wellbeing, business and leadership, coaching and therapy, to education and learning.

He was one of Bandler and Grinders first group of Students, which has given him a unique perspective on what he views on modelling to be, further more being able to base his thoughts on the results of his years of experience and development. He has written an article on his views on these distinctions of NLP Modelling, which you can look at here

Well Formed Outcomes

Judith Lowe VIDEO demo, analysis and follow up of the Well Formed Outcome Process. A gem from the Archives! This was filmed about twelve years ago and it's a great clear, clean example of working with this classic Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) model. Judith works with Sue, who wants her husband to give up smoking. Judith explains how Sue's initial goal 'violates' all five of the well-formedness conditions(!) and then coaches her to a new experience, goal and relationship to this issue, allowing her to be more congruent and resourceful.
